Some of the group's ideas include:</div> <bR> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a73007700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">August 9, 2008 - Peace Lutheran Annual Picnic. Communicate soon with SOF congregations inviting them to attend, particularaly asking people who might be interested in performing at the picnic.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a73007700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">October 26, 2008 - Participate in the Reformation service at Trinity Lutheran Church in Otis.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a73007700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Christmas Cantata - Expand the Hoisington Community Christmas Cantata held at Emmanuel asking other SOF congregations to participate. Consider multiple performances of the Cantata in various congregations/communities.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a73007700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Sing Fest/Music Fest</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a73007700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Youth activities across the five congregations.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a73007700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Mother/Daughter Tea or Banquet for Mother's Day.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a73007700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Hope's Bell Choir could perform at various SOF church services and/or at the Music Fest.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Wing0a73007700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Other SOF congregations' musical groups could do the same. Share the music!</div> <bR> <div> Committee members would also be responsible for getting their individual congregation's activities shared with the committee members of other congregations to be placed in the congregations' newsletters/bulletins. The more communication of events, the better the chance we'll have participation across the SOF Parish.</div> <bR> <div> Be watching for more information on the above activities and plan to participate. Members of the SOF Activities Committee present at the July 22 meeting were: Vicar David Rosales; Arlyn Solomon, Hope; Mary Ricke and Joan Michaelis, Emmanuel; VirJean Scheuerman, Peace.
